You do not have to be acquainted with Greek mythology, nor have to use the Mythic Tarot deck to make use of this book as long as your deck has 78 cards and is based on the Rider-Waite deck. Everything is explained in marvelous detail in the book. Sometimes three pages are dedicated to each card. Individual symbolism, as well as the mythological storyline involved is pointed out for each card.
